From concept to a full online store
A custom e-commerce platform built from scratch — catalog, admin dashboard, and booking system included.
The challenge
Dani Expo needed a real online store, not a brochure site. An e-commerce platform where customers could browse and search a catalog of hundreds of products, backed by an admin dashboard to manage everything, an appointment booking system, and analytics to track it all. Nothing off-the-shelf fit their workflow, so we built it from scratch.
Our approach
We started with the data architecture, designing a database schema that could scale with their catalog. From there, we built the storefront, admin panel, and booking flow in parallel, shipping iteratively over six months. Every feature was tested against real product data, refined based on client feedback, and deployed to production continuously.
