Turning a government registry into a business intelligence platform

Kosovo's official business registry (ARBK) holds data on every registered company in the country, but it was locked behind a basic government portal with no search, no filtering, and no way to analyze the data at scale. Businesses, researchers, and investors had no practical way to explore the registry or extract meaningful insights from it.

We built a custom data pipeline that ingests the entire government registry, normalizes it, and enriches it with computed datasets: risk scoring, owner network analysis, sector momentum, capital movements, and geographic distribution. On top of that, we built a full-stack SaaS platform with real-time search, interactive maps, analytics dashboards, and subscription-based access tiers.
